• Project Coordinator
  Local construction company seeking experienced Project Coordinator to assist our PM's in their daily activities. The primary objective of this position would be to plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation. This person will be responsible for ensuring that correspondence are properly distributed among our Project Managers, as well as creating and maintaining reports and carrying out other construction-related duties as necessary. • Project Superintendent
  The project superintendent is responsible for the daily onsite management of the project including the schedule, quality control, cost control and safety. He will supervise the foremen and their crews, direct the field efforts of subcontractors, plans work schedules and determines requirements for manpower, material and equipment.
  
  
• Estimator
  The estimator will be responsible for preparing bids which will include review project drawings and work with subcontractors and suppliers to develop accurate projections of project costs, including materials, manpower and equipment. Qualifications include the ability to read construction drawings and interpret project specifications. Commercial construction estimating experience or a bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred.
  
  
• Project Manager
  The project manager is responsible for the day to day project management including GMP preparation, establishing cost controls, contracting with subcontractors and material suppliers. Other duties include administration and review of RFI’s, submittals and the project files. The Project Manager provides the required support to the Job Superintendent and other on-site personnel.
