We maintain an outstanding track record with our principles and practices for helping small subcontractors grow with us or sustain themselves through lean times. We may offer, on an as-needed basis, quick turnarounds on payments, as well as direct supplier payments to free up credit lines for qualified smaller subcontractors.

Our subcontractor plan room is available for use by subcontractors during normal business hours -- 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Current projects up for bid are noted where the project is located, date and time of the bid, and the Project Manager assigned to each bid. We encourage all subcontractors wanting to work with Hostetter Construction to frequently come by our offices to begin building relationships with our project management teams.
